Return Eligibility

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and all returns must be coordinated through our logistics department.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and customs clearance costs. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
